This patient's teeth were smaller than the size of his jaw bone and were proportionately small for the size of his face.  We completed this case with the bonding technique to widen his teeth and create a very pleasant smile.  The white material that is used for filling cavities in front teeth was layered onto his teeth to create their larger dimensions.  Porcelain laminates would probably be used for this case today.
