The back of this patient's front teeth were eroded away probably from stomach acid.  This much damage leaves only the brittle enamel on the edges making them very susceptible to chipping.  The only solution to repair this problem is with full coverage with porcelain crowns (caps).  This improves his smile immensely and will protect the teeth from further erosion.
