Night Guards

Nightguards are like athletic mouthpieces, but only hold on to one arch thus allowing freedom of movement for the jaw and making it easier to breathe if one has allergies. We make many nightguards because they are great for preventing premature tooth wear. Once a tooth has been worn down into the dentin (the inner layer of the tooth), then it can only be restored with an expensive crown. The nightguards that we construct are soft and pliable allowing for maximum comfort. They can also take some of the pressure off the jaw joint, thus helping to alleviate TMJ problems.

Apprehensive Patient?

We place a special emphasis on treating patients who are apprehensive about dental treatment. Using modern pain control techniques, including nitrous oxide and conscious sedation, fear of the dentist is now a thing of the past.

What is a board certified dentist?

The achievement of board certification is the culmination of years of rigorous study and testing in all aspects of general dentistry. The board certification process involves taking a written examination that must demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. Then, the candidate must complete an arduous oral examination covering all specialties of dentistry and present actual cases performed by the candidate.
